Booked as a last minute thing after my inlaws bailed on watching my dog. Firstly, I want to say Arlo was well taken care of, as far as I know. First day was a hiccup where we couldn't get ahold of them when we went to drop off but then it turned out ok after a few calls. I guess I expected to have updates or pictures throughout his 8-9 hour stay. I expressed my nervousness about leaving him with a stranger. I didn't get any updates unless I asked after the fact. We also never saw Nalani and mainly dealt with her fiance, which was ok, but felt weird. I was hoping to find someone I could stick with.

Nalani was so sweet and caring for my little pup! Will definitely be hiring her again! She is So personable
