Hi! I love dogs. All dogs. Big, small, fluffy, wire-haired, old, young, cute, ugly and sassy. Even yappy. I have great dog intuition and I'm particularly skilled at handling shy dogs. My family is a pet family. We have had dogs throughout my youth and into my adulthood. I've had my own dog since her puppyhood almost 8 years ago. She's a beautiful well-behaved lab-spaniel mix who is mostly indifferent to other dogs. Her main passion is squirrels. I've cared for foster dogs and dogs of friends in my home with no problems. I'm open to dog sitting, but I do have cats if that's an issue. I'm available weekdays and occasionally on the weekends. I'm not looking to be your regular Monday -Friday dogwalker. I'm more the person you call when your dog walker can't make it or when you think your dog might benefit from a day on the beach or a hike. Also, I'm totally down to come by and check on your cat/pig/rats/anything really. Most recently, I've been volunteering at the Ukiah Animal Shelter. It's been a rewarding and educational experience.
