Pet care experience
I grew up with a veterinarian for a mother and a love for animals! In my home, I was surrounded by pets growing up, and often tagged along to my mother's clinic to spend time with animals there and learning from her. My passion for pets has taken me into adulthood. In college, I pet and house sat for friends and family to fill my summers and free time during the school year. Now as a working professional, I have two dogs and a cat at home. I still pet sit for friends and family, and enjoy working with dogs and cats from puppies/kittens to seniors. I work from home 3 days per week, and enjoy quality time with animals in my care. From play time, walks, enrichments, and cuddles-- there's no place I'd rather be than in the company of furry friends. I look forward to providing your pet with loving care and you peace of mind!

Nadine was amazing with our high energy dog. She gave him lots of attention and sent updates multiple times which was much appreciated! My new puppy is getting acclimated at home. I'm choosing to care for pets in their own home for the time being. I plan to work with the needs of the client and pet. Each pet is different-- some need different types of exercise or mental stimulation than others. I'm able to provide play time, walks, games and enrichment activities, quality cuddle time, as well as baths and brushing if needed. I tailor my approach to an animals needs and owner's rules and direction.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, rules, or practices in your home. I always want to make sure that I respect the needs and training that the owner has set in place. If reactive, please communicate ahead of time so I can make sure I am properly prepared and have proper expectations. If your dog needs a specific schedule or set of activities, feel free to clearly lay these out to me so I can incorporate them into my visits.
A typical day
I love to take the dogs I watch on walks in the neighborhood, town, or trails with lots of sniffing and enrichment! If there’s a yard available, playing fetch and chase are always fun to get pups moving and have some fun! I also love to teach dogs, fun little tricks (my dog Olive loves to “spin”) to help keep them entertained and have mental exercise by learning something new. For older or low energy dogs, I’m also happy to spend time giving lots of pets, cuddles, and attention!
