Thanks so much for checking out my profile! I'm very excited for you to get to know me better and hopefully find me to be a good match for you and your dog! I worked as a professional trainer for a company for nearly two and a half years. Now I currently I work for myself as a dog trainer in addition to my full time job. Before that I volunteered at an animal shelter for three years and walked a wide variety of dogs there as well. I am currently working in a vet clinic as a vet assistant. As a trainer I have worked with all kinds of breeds and behavioral problems, including, dog reactivity, pulling on lead, fearfulness, and human reactivity. One of my favorite area to work on with client dogs is good manners on a walk. I truly believe that owners and dogs who take lots of walks, and truly enjoy those walks, will be happier. But I understand that life is sometimes busy! So I am here to help and get your dogs out and about when you are unable. I have two dogs of my own, one who used to be very dog reactive and the other who is nervous around new people. I understand how difficult it can be to find people you can trust to take care of your pets, especially for those of us with more "difficult" dogs. I am comfortable using any and all types of training equipment that you may be using for your dogs. I am also comfortable with dogs that might need a bit of a more slow or sensitive interaction. I would love to provide the exercise your dogs love and am very passionate about not only physical exercise but mental exercise as well! If your dog doesn't really enjoy walks, I can drop by and give them a potty break in the yard and a snack if you choose.
