I have bred, raised and shown Scottish terriers for 25 years. I have had cats and dogs in my life forever not to mention a pet rat and frog and a canary. I let animals approach me and don’t force an interaction.

I would highly recommend Nadine to watch your pet. She loves animals. She has adopted several pets who other people would not have adopted and takes very good care of them. She’s very reliable and honest.
Nadine has been taking care of my dog, JJ, for about five years. She is responsible for walking and feeding him but she does so much more. I trust her to stay overnight in my home to care for JJ. She makes sure he is safe and lets him out in the yard or on leash for frequent relief breaks. It’s clear by jjs behavior that he loves and trusts Nadine. That’s more important than anything else.

The owner is expected to tell me how to care for the pet. They must tell me if the dog/cat is allowed outside unattended. I will never assume anything. If the pet gets medication the owner should demonstrate how to administer. I send pictures, videos or updates on how the pet is during the sit.

Please let me know the pets preferences so I don’t expect more than they can deliver. Is there an issue when walking outside with other animals. Will the dog pull, growl or bark. Is the dog prey driven or have boundary issues?
A typical day
I love walking dogs and will play with them outside, weather permitting and inside. I cuddle, as tolerated, with both cats and dogs and will play with cats inside.

I am retired and have occasional appointhat fit around any pet sits. I love walking dogs in any type of weather for their and my own exercise. I’m a pet cuddle if the pet is agreeable but I let them tell me.
