Pet care experience
I’ve always grown up around animals, I had German Shepards and a Maltese growing up. I also had a cat from when I was little, as well as birds. I loved and cared for each one as I grew older. I even ended up taking one to college with me. I would always watch and house sit for my family pets and for any of their friends who needed some dog care for when they were out of town! I can’t have a pet at the moment in medical school so this gives me some extra pet time that I love. Animals make me happy and I love every kind! They are the key to my heart! (sometimes I wonder if I should’ve went to vet school!)

Nadine dog sat for my Irish Wolfhound Riley and Husky Goku. She was awesome! The dogs loved her, I would have her as my permanent dog sitter if she wasn’t heading back to school. She was super attentive and did a great jobs with the dogs. Highly recommend Nadine!
I have known Nadine for 24 years now and as her Uncle I can easily recommend her for this dog walking endeavor. She has been living with us for a while as she pursues her medical degree and the love she has shown for not only our pets (dog, cat) but all pets she encounters has been wonderful to see. She has taken care of many of our friends pets while they are on vacation and her description of each one shows that she understands that each dog is unique and requires a different approach when taking care of them. I would be able to take care of your pet in your home, take them for walks, give them all the love and affection they need while you are away! When I finally am out of med school and can have a pup or cat of my own, I will be using this app while I’m at work as well to make sure they get all the love and exercise they need :)

I do not house sit dogs who are not potty trained but I would like to know their age, if they can be off-leash, any habits that could seem out of the ordinary so I won’t have to worry, any meds, their energy level, how they are with strangers and other animals. Also anything you think I should know! :)
A typical day
I love to go on hikes and I know of many in Boise especially in the foothills! I usually always take my aunt’s Australian Shepherd but she has gotten older and can only go so often. I love to run so I would take some high-energy dogs on a run with me! I love taking dogs for car rides and getting them a pup cup if that’s something they would be able to take :) also love playing games with them! Also cats I love so much because when I study they just sit on my lap or near me and it’s so relaxing!

At the moment I am studying for my first boards exam (Step One) and I would love to have a break from studying to see some happy wagging tails!
