Job ended early due to the fact the agreement was to house-sit not do drop-ins

Our dogs we getting neglected, she lied and she invited strangers into our home which is beyond inappropriate. She was supposed to stay at our house and sleep there to take care of our dogs. She was supposed to arrive between 6-7 pm on Thursday and stay until Saturday at noon. We discussed her sleeping in the bedroom as I had offered an air mattress as well but she elected for the bed during the meet and greet. I mention this as we had discussed where she would sleep. Also, our dogs were to only be put in the crate when gone during the day. She arrived late at 7:25 pm and was gone again at 7:36 pm. Upon arrival, 4 people showed up at our apartment, only 2 were expected. One of the girls went outside as she was scared for the dogs to be let out. This is problematic as people who are scared of dogs behave differently putting our dogs at risk and making the situation tenser. Additionally, we did not condone 4 people (2 total strangers) coming into our private home. At 7:36, the dogs were put back into the grate and left them overnight until 8:25 am, almost 13 hours later. This is in no way acceptable. We had communication during this time in which she told me she took the dogs on a walk. Seeing that there were only 11 minutes between her arrival and departure and the dogs needed to eat dinner and go potty, there was no time for a walk at all meaning it was a lie. Additionally, she was supposed to feed the dogs between 6 am and 7 am, and as mentioned before, she did not return until almost 8:30 am. At this point, she stayed for less than 15 minutes. After we coordinated another person to come to take over, I reached out to her to explain the lack of care. She said it was a miscommunication and she thought sleeping there was optional. With the booking process, we book "housesitting in your home" and had discussed sleeping arrangements during the meet and greet making the expectation very clear. There was no miscommunication, it was simple neglect.
