I've not only had experience taking care of my own dogs but I have taken care of my friends' and family's dogs many times. Whether it's one quick walk or one week of thoughtful and sensitive care, I always make sure dogs are comfortable and calm. I have trained puppies before and spend time with many different breeds including more stubborn breeds like Shiba Inus and the like. I know your dog is nervous you're not around and I want them to feel as safe as possible until you come back home.
