If you need anything to be done in a timely manner I don’t believe this would be the sitter to go to. After accepting the booking with the laid out times, Nadia requested to change the pick up time because it was early in the morning. We had a flight to catch so we denied the change and told her if she was unable to make it work we can find someone else. She confirmed she could do it and she would be at our house at 7 am to pick up our cat. (We also were planning on dropping him off but Nadia insisted on picking him up instead) 7:20 came around and we were in absolute panic mode as we were going to miss our flight. Nadia would not answer any texts or calls. By 7:30 we had loaded up the cat to take him to a boarding center when we finally got a response that her boyfriend was on the way to get the cat. During the time we were gone we did receive a couple pictures and videos so that was a plus. When we got back from our trip we planned a drop off time which was confirmed by Nadia. 5 minutes before she was due to arrive she texted and asked if she could come an hour and a half later than the scheduled time. At this point we missed our cat so much we told her no bring him now. Her boyfriend then brought him to our house and forgot his litter and food bowl. He had to make another trip to our house to bring these items and the food bowl was absolutely disgusting. We are thankful Nadia was able to care for our cat over a holiday but we will not be rebooking with this sitter. We never even saw our sitter face to face, everything was done by her boyfriend.

Nadia is absolutely amazing! She did drop ins for my cat while I was out of town. She is very thorough and my Loki was extremely happy in all of the photos and videos. I will definitely book with her again!
