I used to own cats and a dog growing up and I loved them so much. Since moving to London friend’s parents have randomly asked me to house/pet sit for them while they were on a holiday and word of mouth got me 3 regular clients - I walk, feed and play with them. I can also bathe if needed although have not been asked yet but I used to groom my dog myself. I’m an actor and can’t afford to have pets for now, so pet-house sitting is a great way for me to keep interactions with pets while I focus on auditions and plays I’m working on. I am in a house share so I prefer to care for pets at your home. I also believe that it’s less stressful for them to stay in their environment than to move them. But if need be I have a big yard and they can stay with me but it would be limited to my bedroom and the kitchen.
