Dog and people friendly. Also have a cat but she can be put up if necessary. Don’t have to be potty trained but having a potty schedule would be appreciated. Any concerning behaviors even ones you don’t think would be important. Does your pet share well w other animals, toys, treats, water bowls etc. Have they every escaped from your yard or while on leash. I also will go over a few things during our meet and greet that I believe to be important.

Walks behind my home, we play fetch, we can do pool time when the weather is perfect, maybe even dog parks sometimes. I also do live by a big park so lots of running room and play time w younger cousins if allowed.
