Nabil was extremely communicative and flexible. I messed up the pickup date and was facing risks of flight cancellations on my return home, and on both fronts Nabil was extremely accommodating and understanding. He also kept me updated throughout Sasha's stay on her allergies and temperament, which I appreciated. A couple of points where Nabil can improve: --Nabil's profile reads that he is a non-smoking household. I'm not sure if this is just confusion on my end, but on Sasha's return she and her dog bed and her carrying case smelled of cigarette smoke. This was not a huge concern to me, because it was just a one-week stay, but if Nabil's household truly is smoke-free he should investigate how these odors came to be on Sasha. --Nabil and I discussed Sasha's dietary needs, but during Sasha's stay Nabil was uncomfortable with how little food Sasha was scheduled to receive. I discussed with Nabil that Sasha's vet felt she was overweight and wanted her on a restrictive diet. Nabil remained uncomfortable with this, and I eventually caved and agreed he could feed Sasha whatever amounts made him feel more comfortable. On my return Sasha was quite bloated, and had some bad off-color diarrhea for a day while she got back on her regular diet. I would recommend Nabil stick to the prescribed feeding instructions. Overall Nabil was fantastic and really bailed me out of a tough travel situation while keeping Sasha healthy! I just raise those two points as areas to improve on.
