I have volunteered at pet shelters since 2020. Volunteer work includes fostering, socializing, walking, training, and promoting dogs for adoptions. I enjoy working with medium/large breeds.

Myrna loves dogs! I wholeheartedly recommend Myrna as a dog walker and dog sitter. Myrna has gained a lot of experience volunteering as a dog walker with WAMAL (Washington Alaskan Malamute Adoption League). Walking and training large, stubborn rescued Alaskan Malamutes is no small feat! Myrna ended up falling in love with huskies and malamutes, and decided she wanted to adopt a rescue. Her landlord didn’t allow pets, so Myrna saved up and bought a house just so she could adopt a dog. Well, she ended up adopting three! Myrna is very responsible, and is a great dog mom. Her dogs are very well cared for and well socialized. They get along with dogs of any size. Your dog will have a lot of fun with Myrna and her brood!
Myrna is an exceptional caregiver whom I wholeheartedly trust to provide safe, loving care and outstanding pet service. Having witnessed her devoted attention to her own dogs, I can attest to her responsible and intelligent nature. I have a large backyard with a fence, dig guards, and chickenwire to prevent my own northern breeds from escaping-they love to dig and climb. Three Husky/Malamutes live here full-time, and 2 smaller dogs, a Chug and Pomeranian, are occasionally with us. The yard is cleaned daily and the dogs are walked daily- often separately based on their needs.

A typical day
We are a high-energy household with plenty of toys and puzzles for dogs to enjoy. The husky/malamutes run around and play all day, and all dogs get at least 1 daily walk or trip to the dog park.
