I have a black cat named Shadow and a 2 year old female Dobermann Pinsher dog named Denali that I adopted in February 2023. I have a diploma as a veterinary technician and have worked in the field before having kids and changing careers. I moved in the country to be able to also have space for dogs. Also the neighbourhood is great for long walks with dogs. I also have 2 acres of land in Cumberland (lots of yard space to play fetch and a fairly large home where I live with my husband and our 3 young adults/teens aged 22, 20 and 17. We all love animals and nature. Thanks for considering my services.

Myriam was fantastic! Patient and kind with our 6 month old lab. Great family and great location with lots of room for the dogs to play and exercise.

Myriam and her household are an ideal environment for dog-sitting, one could even say a bit of a pampering. Myriam confidently demonstrates her decades of knowledge in handling dobermans and it is clear that there is a constant shower of affection, attention, and engagement during the time spent in Myriam’s household. 10/10 would recommend.

J’ai une grande maison avec plusieurs salons et donc les animaux peuvent être ensemble ou séparés selon leurs besoins. J’ai une clôture physique et une invisible (colliers et drapeaux). Le terrain est spacieux et les chiens peuvent jouer et courir librement. I have a large home with lots of different spaces where the dogs can be either together or separated when needed. The yard has a physical fence around the pool area and also an invisible fence (collar and flags). There is a lot of space to run (2,5 acres) and the dogs enjoy exploring the property land.

A typical day
Long walks and runs in the country roads and on our 2 acres ! Playing fetch in the yard and lots of running with my teens and myself.

Je travaille des journées pleines du lundi au vendredi (50% de télétravail ). Mes deux jeunes adultes sont aux études universitaires avec des heures variables. I work full time with uOttawa (50% of the time I work from home) and my two young adults at home are also studying at the university with diverse schedules.
