Pet care experience
I’ve loved animals my entire life. I started my journey when I got my first job working with animals as a bather at 18 years old. In the past 9 years I’ve gotten experience working as a dog groomer, working in pet boarding, doggie daycare, and most recently I’ve gotten to utilize all of those skills as a vet tech! I am very well rounded and equipped to meet your pets specific needs! I have learned a lot of valuable information about animal behavior and can’t wait to be the right fit for your fur baby.

Myriah kept our three female cats for a few days, and they were well-cared for. She was a very responsive communicator, and we will definitely call upon her to watch our kitties again. A++++ rating in our book!!
Myriah took great care of my mini poodle and I hope that our schedules work out for Myriah to watch her again in the future! Communication was easy and she has a nice fenced yard.
Myriah has been watching our little fur baby, Zoey, since she was a puppy. I knew the minute we met at the vet that Myriah who works at our vet office, was kind and wonderful with animals. One day I asked her if she would dog sit and she said yes. Zoey loves going to her house when we have to leave her. Myriah shows us videos of Zoey playing with her dog and cat. It’s adorable!

A typical day
I love to play with our pets with toys! I love to cuddle on the couch. Very occasionally I will take our pets out for small walks in my complex as well as with permission/a harness to the palmetto park dog park.

I currently work as a veterinary assistant, I work four days a week for 8 hours. The rest of my time I spend at home with my pets.
