There's a funny photo of a stranger's dog and I sharing matching mohawks from when I was about nine. I held the dog like a friend, arm over his little shoulder---and we both looked toward the camera (I'd like to believe he was smiling too). My dad has the picture on Facebook and I like to look at it from time to time. The caption: Mychal, the veterinarian. I am not a Veterinarian but love animals how I believe them to. For my entire life, I have thoroughly enjoyed caring for animals. Immediate pets of my household are my family. Whether my pet or another, I treat all animals as my friends. Helping my family raise greater than four animals, I have learned how to take care of both dogs and cats. From walking, bathing, petting, and playing I feel qualified to be an animal caretaker. Not only have I been raised alongside dogs and cats, but I've been helping out neighbors and friends on Rover for about a year now.
