Pet care experience
Growing up I have lived with rabbits, lizards, hamsters, and birds. I have also pet sit lots of dog, cats, and other animals. I have particular experience caring for my severely traumatized rescue puppy (he is in another room when other animals are here).

Muriel was super accommodating and my dog seemed to love staying with her.
Always very flexible and understanding when plans change. Seems to be great with my big, energetic dog and she was even very understanding when he peed on her shoes. 😅definitely recommend!
I feel like our dogs were well taken care of while we were away. Muriel was really great and easy to work with :) I would trust her again for sure!

I care for each animal according to their individual needs. This is something I know is particularly important, having trained and nursed my rescue puppy after he got severe brain damage from a car crash. Each animal needs it's own care to very different degrees, and this is something I will always put first. I'm more than happy to accommodate any requests at your home or mine.

Honestly, whatever you think is important. If they're particularly anxious, that would be good to know. If they need constant attention, also great to know. You know your pet best, and you know what they need, so however you feel is best to communicate that.
A typical day
I place a huge emphasis on the individual needs of each pet. If you have a puppy that's needs 17 walks a day, I'm more than happy to do that. If you have an older dog that prefers to chill and sleep all day, that's perfectly fine with me.

Availability
I am a parttime student at Oregon State University. I have occasional classes but my schedule is otherwise totally open. On top of that, my boyfriend (who I live with) is also very available to help take care of dogs.
