Pet care experience
I absolutely love animals! I grew up with cats and rescued my own dog, Bocephus while I was in undergrad. She is the best part of my life! I love to exercise and take my dog for runs and long walks. I believe that our pets are our children and they deserve the best. My back yard is fenced in, which allows for all day playtime and lounging in the sun. I currently have one cat and dog in my house, but there is plenty of space for visitors. I live near a large fenced in field and in a suburban area, which is great for long walks. When I commit to something I do it wholeheartedly and that will transfer to taking care of your doggo. I can't wait to meet your furry best friend for playtime!

Muireann is one of the sweetest and all around best people that I know. I have never seen someone love a puppy more than she loves her own. I know that she would give love, attention and care to your dog as if it was her own. She is very good with animals and her home is a very welcoming environment for your pet. It has a completely enclosed backyard area that is very safe but she would also never leave your pet unattended for a minute while they're out there. She understands better than anyone that your dog is not just a dog, it is a loved member of your family and she takes that very seriously. I would have nothing but confidence and comfort leaving my dog with her for a period of time.

A meet & greet is a must for me because I want to make sure that the dog I am sitting and my own dog get along and can enjoy their time together. I would ensure separate feeding areas to help prevent any potential issues, and if sharing toys is an issue that can be prevented as well.
A typical day
Daily walks are very important to me because dogs need adequate exercise, and being outdoors is a big part of my life. Fetch is always a fun activity, but I know that some dogs (including my own) don't quite grasp the concept of fetch, so I usually end up just running around with them.
