I have never left a poor reviews but this is necessary because I don’t want anyone to go through what I experienced. This was a horrible first experience using a dog walker and has subsequently deterred me from ever using one in the future. Mo was irresponsible, unresponsive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Mo did not stick to the scheduled walking time and shortly after the job started, she began to come in my house at inappropriate times multiple times throughout the day. She triggered my alarm multiple times because she did not stick to the schedule. Even though she was only scheduled for one 30-minute walk at 9 AM, one day she arrived at my house at 5 AM and triggered my security alarm and police were dispatched. That same day, she arrived at my house at 8:30 PM, left my door wide open for several hours, and would not answer her phone. At 11 PM a family member eventually arrived and Mo outside in my backyard while my dog was inside in his crate. At that point, she had been at my house for close to 3 hours. After hours of me calling and texting her, she all of a sudden responds after my family member arrived and asked her to leave. We had to stop the service early and my family member had to take on the responsibility for caring for my dog. Mo never apologized for her behavior. If I could leave zero stars I would because the was horrible service.

Puppy seemed happy and tired. Did not receive a photo or Rover card so I have no idea how far they went, whether or not he went potty etc. Would book again if that additional info can be included next time.
