TLC for your furry family members

Pet care experience

I have been a pet owner (dogs and cats) most of my life. I have volunteered at shelters and rescues locally (meaning in the USA) and abroad. I also have been active in TNR (trap, neuter, return) activities for feral cats. Currently, I have two cats. Both rescues (one is actually the offspring of a recently deceased rescue kitty). I am a Pacific Northwest native, so walking and driving in the rain is not a new thing to me. I am dependable and have a couple of side gigs and one main one--all are home-based. My time is flexible and I am also a Rover.com user, so I know what it means to leave your four-legged family member in the care of someone else. I also can feed your chickens!

I’ve known Morris for many years. He is very caring with all animals. He even volunteers with a group that spays and neuters cats. Morris helps with the care during recovery. He has always had pets, and has cared for my dogs while I’m on vacation. He has also cared for my son’s 2 labs and his cat while my son was away. I would definitely trust my pets to Morris.

Safety, trust & environment

I limit my pet care to your home or location. I don't do any boarding or care of your pet in my home. Cats in particular, tend to prefer their usual environment.

Information Morris M. would like to know about your pet

Every pet is different. It is important to inform me of dietary, exercise, medical, and other issues specific to your pet. This would be a part of the "meet-and-greet."

A typical day

If you have a preferred route, that is great. If you want to use a local dog park, let me know. If there are places you do not want your pet to go, for whatever reason, please advice. As to activities, if your dog is active, then let me know if chasing a tennis ball or other object is what gives joy. Or maybe an open run somewhere safe if there is an appropriate location for that activity.

I am semi-retired (I work as a substitute school teacher, so 2020 was a bust in that department). My time is relatively open and flexible.
