I have plenty of pet care experience with my own pets for the past 27 years as their primary caregiver. My life would not be the same without these wonderful, funny, beautiful creatures in it! A typical day at our house is inside in the AC when it's hot outside, but outside for many breaks-about one every one to two hours. Fresh water is always available, and is changed several times per day. When it's cold outside, the same applies. When the outside temperature is very nice, the dogs can hang out there for a little bit longer to have fun! With any daytime or nighttime stays, any pets that do not get along with other dogs can stay in their own room if you prefer, and can be given breaks every hour to two hours outside on their own. My home is great for pets because it's very quiet and peaceful while I work online-days, sometimes the evening (I facilitate online classes and grading can be done anytime, and around scheduled boarding). No added stress! My own dogs prefer to sleep when inside in the AC, and play once they go outside.
