Experienced dog foster mama!
Pet care experience
I have had an affinity for animals and taking care of them for my whole life. Even has an eight year old, I was the trusted little girl who would come and walk and/or feed and play with your pup! During my four years in college I volunteered at an animal shelter and I house/dog sat for a family with seven dogs. Now as an adult, I foster dogs with a local animal rescue, and it is an absolute passion of mine. I don't discriminate against breed, size, age, temperament, or any need they may have. I am willing to run with your dog(s) if they have a lot of energy, I will love up on your pet(s) if that’s what they need, or I will leave them be and keep my space if that’s what they need. I have a calm energy and I will do whatever it takes to make your pet(s) feel comfortable while you are away!

Honesty about certain behaviors such as how your pet reacts to other dogs, being on a leash, feeding, crates, and potty-training are all necessary for me to know. That way I can be aware and act accordingly! Also any health concerns need to be communicated!
A typical day
I love to take my dog on nearby trails (both by car or on foot), and I’d love to exercise your pet as well. I also have enrichment toys if they prefer to stay inside!

My job currently has me working half of the days at home, which allows me to be flexible with getting my work done. I do not work on weekends.
