Hello! I have been a cat owner since the time I was born. I currently have three: Otto (6 years old), Lunar (1.5 years old), and Cosmo (1.5 years old). While I have never owned my own dog, I have so many pups I consider my adopted nieces, nephews, and friends. My longest pet sitting gig for a Lab mix dog was two weeks. I've done friends many favors watching their dogs while they've been away for a weekend, and I very quickly pick up a walking/feeding routine when instructed by the owner. I work from home in New Haven, CT full-time. Currently, a dog walking position for the earlier morning (7-9 AM) or after work (5-7 PM) would fit best with my schedule. I could also try to do a lunch hour walk (12-2 PM), but that varies day by day, and it would be helpful to be with a consistent animal and their family. For house/pet sitting, I am willing to travel anywhere within the CT, RI, MA, and NY region and can stay for extended periods of time - please message me. I do not have space at my home to board pets, particularly because I have three cats who would be very intimidated by dogs. Our cats are indoor cats that live their best life sleeping indoors. I will be attentive, careful, and safe with your loved one, based on what their needs are. I feel very comfortable working with a leash for dogs.
