You don't know how much you love dogs (and cats) until you have to spend any time away from them. I grew up having pets, and at one point I jokingly would say that my family had a zoo because we had quite a few dogs and cats. In high school, as my project for one of my clubs (FFA if that means anything to you), I raised puppies, English Springer Spaniels to be exact. It was one of my most memorable high school experiences and I loved every second of it. I also spent about a year between college and joining the adult world as a professional pet sitter and walker. I love getting to know the different personalities of pups and cats alike because each animal is unique and should be treated as such, whether that means snuggling and getting pets, or having an intense play session, or exploring the neighborhood. Currently, I’m working for a non-profit over in Bethesda as my full time job, but I miss being around dogs, and want to treat yours as I would my own. I can be your go to weeknight drop in, weekend gal, or if you have a lower maintenance pup, we can absolutely chat about an extended stay.
