I have 15+ years experience caring for rabbits, horses, birds, fish, dogs and cats. I am not currently taking cats & have no children living with me. I have a kennel license from Davis County Animal Care, this allows me to have multiple dogs in my care at once and allows for bookings longer than 30 days. I do not kennel dogs unless told so by the owner! The license simply means that I am certified in Davis County to have dogs in my care and can provide a clean, happy, healthy environment. I currently have 3 dogs of my own all vaccinated and extremely friendly. I never have more than 8 dogs in my care at a time that includes my 3, if you don’t want other dogs boarded with yours let me know and if possible I will gladly do so. The breeds of dog I have the most experience with are Schnauzers, Scottish Terriers, hounds and Aussies. However I have cared for many other breeds including Rottweilers and pit bulls. My friends and family always have called me the dog whisperer because every dog I meet seems to love me. I have always loved animals and knew I wanted to do something with them when I grew up. I’m in a clean non smoking home with lots of space to run and dog toys. I’m a stay at home dog mom, I’m home 24/7 and never leave dogs alone or unattended. I do not kennel dogs unless advised to do so by the owner nor do I leave them outside. I will always communicate with you on my schedule and what I have going on in case I need to leave. I take my job very seriously and care for each dog as if they’re my own. My home is “doggy-proof” we keep everything out of the reach and way of the dogs so they don’t accidentally eat something they’re not supposed to. I also have a fully fenced in yard with lots of room to run including a play house. I provide lots of clean fresh water and clean the water bowls daily. if you want me to groom your dog (which includes bathing, brushing, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning and optional nail clipping) it will be an additional $10 per dog. I will never cut hair for I’m not a licensed dog groomer. Boarding Rates: $25 per day for adult dogs 1+ years of age. $35 per day for puppies under 1 year. $15 for each additional dog regardless of age. A one time $50 fee for Holidays. $25 fee for us to pickup or drop off dogs. $10 fee per day for dogs that are not spayed/neutered or not potty trained! (That also includes dogs who mark inside.) Current promotion $20 off the first booking of at least 2 days. Please note you are 100% responsible for your dog/dogs! Please do not book if your dog is aggressive or shows dominate behavior we are a fight free zone. Do not book if your dog is sick or has been sick in the last 30 days with Bordetella AKA Kennel cough or Parvo. Be considerate and understand that when you bring your furry fam to our home you are not only putting our pups at risk but also other clients pups so if your dog is showing any signs of illness including vomiting, diarrhea or coughing have them checked out by your vet.
