Morgan seemed to be just what we were looking for. She works with dogs daily at her job at a dog daycare. I hate leaving our rotti in boarding, so Morgan met us twice, 2nd time I had to pay her to come. Anyway, she assured me she would take lots of photos and communicate daily with us. She said she had no problem with walking our Aida sometimes. She was also asked to bring in our mail and leave it on the table. She didn't do any of that. We also left her an extra 50 bucks for snacks or takeout. She did take the cash, did her laundry and all though I contacted her about our BRAND NEW WASHER AND DRYER, and what she had to do during spin cycle machines did not shake all over, she apparently neglected to follow those instructions as well, because I now have scratches on the door of my NEW front load dryer. She must have forced door open or closed before she pushed dryer back in place. We have to honestly say, we are totally disappointed with our sitter. We would have been better off to board our dig, at least then she would have been walked daily. We also returned home from our trip 1 day early and our sitter would only refund a partial day. We will no longer use this service or this sitter. She is not someone you want with your pets!

Morgan did a great job taking care of my two dogs! They clearly loved having her there to play. The drop-ins were timely and photos/communications after each visit were very reassuring. We'll definitely pick her next time.
