Morgan is THE BEST. We've had lots of different Rovers over the years, and Morgan is really the best ever. She is clearly a really nice person and also clearly loves dogs. She's easy to work with, very flexible, but most importantly, she took really good care of Zena and also made sure that her stay was fun. She took her out to play, threw the Chuck-it, took her for walks on the beach, and sent me photos or videos to make me feel good (and less guilty!) about having to be away without Zena.

To give an overview, I booked Morgan to house sit at my home to watch my 3 dogs. I over-communicated during our meet & greet expressing one of my dogs has separation anxiety and cannot be left for more than two hours and made sure she would be available to spend most of her time with them. She reassured me she worked from home and would be able to spend her time with them. Day 1 was stressful for a dog mom out of country. Morgan left my house 30 minutes after I left for my trip and did not return for close to 4 hours. She returned for minimal minutes (15-30) and would leave again for another four hours. I quickly contacted her and expressed that was not what we agreed on prior to booking. Day 2-5 went smoothly. Morgan spent more time with them and did not leave as often. She sent photos of my pups and took them for a walk once while I was gone. She left my home clean and offered to wash the sheets on the guest bed. If Day 1 was like Day 2-5, I would rebook with Morgan; however, I am cautious to rebook after my experience-not a way to start off a vacation.
