I've been considering leaving this review for a few days, because I didnt know if i was overreacting or not. When my wife and I met Morgan, she was punctual, and very sweet with our dogs. I told her she was welcome to use our fridge, shower, washing machine- essentially make herself at home. I also told her that we have a ring security system, which I pointed out the relevant locations and told her we only review footage when something happens. We also stated it was fine if she decided to leave for most the day, as long as she was home at night for the dogs. During that meeting, we walked through our dogs feeding requirements, their health concerns and behavior, layout of the house, and we gave her 1 rule: no guests this time. Morgan understood and agreed to everything, but just in case I left handwritten instructions. When we left the house, she showed up ontime, but on the pop up ring notification it showed she brought a guest. He only stayed for a few minutes, so I figured she asked him to come by for safety reasons and figured it was totally smart and acceptable. However, the next morning I got another pop up notification, at first I was just going to swipe it away, but noticed it was not Morgan, but in fact another girl. This time the girl stayed for a few hours. At that point my trust was broken, so we decided we would check in and make sure the dogs were being watched properly. That afternoon, Morgan fed the dogs 3 hours early and left the house around 7 pm. The next morning I went through my notifications and saw that she didnt come home until 3 am. The dogs were laying on the doorstep for the entire time she was gone. The next morning she fed them at almost 11 am and left the house shortly after, which means that the dogs went without food for an extra 6 hours. Additionally, Jasper, who has dietary complications, was allowed to eat all of Daisy's food after he finished his own, meaning Daisy didnt eat for nearly 24 hours, and Jasper's liver was put through further risk. When we returned to the house on sunday, I checked on the medication and quantity of food and noticed that not only did Morgan not give my dogs the wetfood, (clearly written in instructions) but she also missed Jasper's medication. The dogs are fine; a few stomach and attachment issues, so I wouldnt say Morgan necessarily endangered them. My issue really is: if you wanted to go out on a Saturday night, or didnt want to dogsit at someone's house, you shouldn't make it a service you are willing to provide, nor should you accept the booking. Addtionally, if you think your time is more valuable than your booking and aren't willing to do the minimum requirements of the job for your stated price, you should raise your price. The bright side: Morgan is polite and friendly and seems like a nice person. She did do a nice job cleaning up after herself- including making her bed and picking up dog poo in the back yard.

Morgan was absolutely wonderful to work with and took such great care of my dog. My dog always came home with a wagging tail from her walks with Morgan. She has always been on time for her walks and flexible with schedule. I would recommend her to anyone in the area. I also had her dog sit recently and could not be more pleased with my experience. Morgan responded quickly, sent pictures and updated me as I was away. You won't find someone better!
