Companion for your family

Pet care experience

I have been watching pets for neighbors and family for 10+ years. Growing up my family always had large breed dogs, and I now have 2 dogs and 3 cats with my girlfriend. Outside of pet sitting I have experience training a puppy who was able to sit, lay, give paw, and even ring a bell by the door to let us know she had to pee by the age of 4 months. I rescued my dog, Belle, at 10 months and have taken her through obedience training where multiple additional tricks were taught to help manage a dog with very high energy levels. She is an Australian Shepard/Blue Heller mix, and is almost 3. Oakley is a corgi who is almost a year and a half who is full of energy and completely trained at home. I also have three cats. Apollo, a male tuxedo with a large sassy attitude, Athena, a female stray rescued who is a calico, and Zeus, a male unsure of the exact breed who is the sweetest that loves being held like a baby. 4 of the 5 had medical issues when they came to us that required medical treatment from medication administration to ear flushing or rounds of antibiotic treatment. Belle has always had allergy issues regarding her skin and requires daily medication along with topical treatments, frequent baths, and wound care if necessary. I have cared for and loved animals of every age from puppy through seniors within their last few months. I would love to share more about my experience with pets, and if there are any questions regarding the medical experience please let me know. I look forward to working with you!

I can offer two highly positive sets of comments regarding Morgan. First, she grew up in a household that had at least one, and usually two dogs. As the oldest child, she helped feed them and let them out, starting at an early age. As a young professional adult, she owns a dog and two cats, and provides exceptional care for them. She has been an animal lover her whole life, and has significant experience taking care of dogs. As a person, Morgan graduated with a Nursing degree in 2020, and is currently employed as a nurse. She is far ahead of the curve in terms of independence and responsibility. She owns her own house, her own car, and lives in this house with a friend and the dog and two cats. In my opinion, she is an exceptional candidate as a dog caregiver.

If there is anyone that is fit for dog sitting, it would be Morgan. Her genuine heart has so much loved filled in it for animals. Between spoiling them with toys, to playing with them, giving them all the pets and love they deserve, i have never seen anyone have a deep passionate love for animals like i have with her. She will care for your animals like they are hers and will always go above & beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied in the end.

Safety, trust & environment

I am very good with being interactive with your pet to help build trust and create a positive happy environment. This includes mental stimulation, physical exercise, and building a trusting bond to make the experience most beneficial for all of us. Choosing safe areas to walk and play are important parts of pet sitting. I am not just watching a pet, but a member of your family. I will treat them with the same love, respect, and care in a safe environment as I would for my own family (or as our house says, the zoo).

Information Morgan C. would like to know about your pet

Let me know ahead of time of any special needs including medication assistance. I prefer to have a meeting prior to any services provided to ensure I provide the best care for your pet. This will allow time for any questions and explanation of special needs present. I would like to know if the dog is reactive (my dog is reactive to men and male dogs) and what triggers those behaviors. Additionally if there are any special instructions for caring for your pet such as needing to monitor bowel movements, stomach issues, seizures, mobility issues, or anything else that applies to your pet.

A typical day

I love to be outside with the dogs weather permitted. Exercise is a very important factor in a dogs well being. I love engaging in enrichment activities that stimulate mentally such as sniffing out toys, finding treats, and more.
