I grew in a household that always has at least two dogs. My dad is a veterinarian, so I was always surrounded by a menagerie of animals, some with special needs. I learned how to make even nervous, timid dogs comfortable around me! Three years ago, I got my own dog and he has been a priority since! I love the time I spend hiking in the woods with him and genuinely love caring for him. He has taught me how to identify different canine maladidies and good training techniques. These past couple years, I have been intermittently dog sitting. I have dog/house sat for weeks at a time for a variety of dogs, everything from pugs to German shepherds! I am first aid and cpr trained, I have watched hours of Cesar Milan, and am extremely passionate about dog life!
