As a daughter of biologists, I've been lucky to have had many pets throughout my life, everything from lizards, tarantulas (yikes!), crows, parrots, to dogs, guinea pigs and cats. Aside from the experience growing up and later as a pet sitter, I have also been part of animal rescue groups where I raised baby birds, rescued and fostered puppies from the street and cared for senior dogs in shelters. I'm extremely patient with animals and believe mental stimulation (encouraging their playfulness, creativity, mixing up activities, etc) is as important as physical activity. Lots of love for all furry, feathery and scaly animals!
