Pet care experience
*Cats only 😸!* As long as I could remember I've been obsessed with cats! Having cats ever since I was a child, and volunteering with them at a local animal shelter has allowed me to understand their needs. I'm good at getting cats that like lounging around a little too much active, and know how to teach tricks too! I can also engage with cats that are high energy and keep them entertained. I have experience from kittens to seniors and purebreds to mixed. Each has slightly different necessities I am able to gauge and provide. I'm also able to keep up with grooming and medications. Cats need daily company as well and I hope I can offer that to your cat!

Since every cat has a different personality, I let the cat I am caring for take the lead. If they enjoy lots of play time I will give that to them gladly! However, if they feel more comfortable hiding away or relaxing I’ll be sure to let them while keeping a close eye on their food and water bowls to make sure they are eating/drinking enough!

I like to know what your cat’s temperament is like so I don’t overwhelm (or underwhelm ?) them! I want to make sure my home is prepared to give them the best home away from home.
A typical day
Usually I’ll play with a cat’s favorite toys, gain their trust with some treats or catnip, and do lots of talking so they get used to the sound of my voice!
