My wife and I are consistently impressed with Monterey's professionalism, courtesy, and care. Our 130-lb Bull Mastiff is a lot to handle, and we have a hard time finding people who are willing to board such a large dog, but Monterey is great with him. She even taught him how to shake for treats! Five-Star Service!

Monterey has taken care of my "babies" for several years and has been a second "mom" to my Golden Retruever, my Bishon, and my Cocka-Poo. Not only does she provide them with their daily walks (for which they wait for her at the front door like clockwork), she has stayed with them overnight at my house on several occasions when I had to go out of town, either on a planned vacation, or an unplanned family emergency. Monterey treats my pets like her own family and puts their happiness and welfare before all else. Due to her experience in dog rescue, you can witness her quick "once-over" wellness check that she can't help herself from doing every time she sees them. It's like she is actually asking them how they are feeling...and they are somehow answering!! She shows concern for both their emotional well-being as well as their physical safety. On Monterey's overnight stays in my home, she has always left the place looking better than when she came-she says that is one of her own policies. On my family emergency trip, I returned home to a hand-made (with paw print signatures) sign welcoming me back with a couple balloons and a small vase of flowers from my "kids." I know when I have to leave town, that my pets and my home are in fabulous hands and that's one less thing I have to worry about. She provides text message updates of how my pets are doing and has sent Snapchat photos and has even Skyped with me so I could see and talk to my "kids." Monterey has been an absolute blessing to me and my pets and I trust her wholeheartedly to provide the absolute best care for my pets and my home.
