Montana was everything a nervous pet parent of a scared/territorial dog could hope for! Our baby is never left with someone outside of our families and we were extremely nervous to try Rover. Montana came over to meet Ellie Grace and we showed her around/let her know what her needs are. When we left, Ellie did exactly what we expected: refuses to leave the bedroom and wouldn’t go outside to potty or eat or anything, and growled at Montana when she tried to get close. Montana was patient and loving with our baby and really won her over by day 3, so much so that Ellie Grace whined (we have cameras) when she left after her drop in visits! She was able to leash her and take her for a walk on the last few visits, which Ellie loved. We had to coax her out of the room via FaceTime/camera but Montana was able to calm her and bond with her. We saw on our security cameras that she was nudging all the doors and whining really badly after Montana had already left for the night, we contacted her and without hesitation she went back over to check on Ellie, calm her fears about the thunder, and let her outside to potty again. We are SO grateful we found this sitter and would not hesitate to recommend her or use her again. In fact, we are planning to have her over/hire her to walk Ellie when we are home occasionally just to keep the good connotation associated with her. So so excited and relieved. I was in tears leaving her and we were able to enjoy our trip much more seeing Montana’s loving nature and true care for our girl. ❤️ Thank you so so much!!!!
