My name is Monique. I have a lifetime's worth of experience with animals. Dogs, cats, horses, parrots, fish, goats, chinchillas, etc. I grew up with many animals. My undergraduate was focused on vet school prerequisites. Afterwards, I worked at a pet hospital that was both for large and small animals. Later, I was a professional dog walker in the Bay Area. After earning a B.S in Cellular Molecular Biology and Chem, I worked in the biotech field for a couple years and then went to medical school. In my 4th year of med school, I became pregnant with my son and took a leave of absence for a year-have yet to return. My family is my priority now, that may change as my son get's older, but for now, I am a stay at home mom. About the family: My husband is a Law Enforcement Officer and my son is 2yrs old. We have a 15yo Yorkie and a 8mo German shepherd /Border Collie mix. We are a very active family. We go on outdoor adventures daily rain, snow or sunshine. Please note, your pet must be kid friendly.
