Being a mom, as well as a pet mom, I understand the importance of fun and safety. I have a wealth of experience and take great joy in taking care of others, from children to animals. I have worked in an animal hospital, as well as a doggy day care, and have learned a ton of valuable skills along the way, even with the most challenging of temperaments and when I’ve had to jump in and diffuse a tense situation. I am intuitive, loving and nurturing, and have two furbabies of my own at home, a dog and a cat. Caring for animals on Rover is my main job, which means my schedule is wide open and ready to adapt to your needs, as I am available every day until 8 p.m. I stand out from other pet-sitters on Rover because of my loving nature, as well as my open communication style. I have learned that it is helpful to listen closely and answer after only completely understanding what is being asked of you. I can work with a variety of different breeds and types of dogs…no matter what their temperament, I always first get on their level to introduce myself and make sure they are comfortable in my presence.
