Pet care experience
I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was born. I had a few lovable mutts, cocker spaniels, and border collies. They have always been a part of my family and I love them! As of right now I have two cats and a dog. One 10 year-old tortoiseshell Maine Coon named Libby, a 1.5 year-old Tabby named Django, and a 6 month old Siberian Husky named Khali. I like to hike with my dog, jogging, and leisurely walks. I like playing with pets outdoors or indoors, with toys or whatever the doggie/kitty likes to play with. It’s really important for me to make them happy and entertained. Above all else, I like to keep them safe and loved. I am a reliable and flexible person with lifelong experience with pets :). Monika was excellent when caring for my dog. She always goes above and beyond. My dog is a ball of energy and she always takes him jogging. Sometimes when I am at work she will also feed him and make sure he goes potty. She will even clean my cat's litterbox without me asking! I would 100% recommend Monika to anyone looking for a responsible and professional dog/cat sitter or for a nice walk for your dog.
Monika was fantastic with my old, grumpy cat. She was very responsive and when I messaged her she got back to me right away, but more than that she took very good care of my cat. I came back after a week long trip to a happy cat, a clean house (the cat had a few accidents that Monika cleaned up), and she even took out the trash. I will request her every time I need a cat sitter. I highly recommend her!

I’m happy to take care of any breeds of doggos, as long as she/he is leash trained (if you need us to go for a walk). I would appreciate knowing your house rules — do you allow your pets on the couch or the bed? Is your pet potty/crate trained? Does your furbaby need to take some medicine? Are treats allowed? What is feeding/walking/ bedtime schedule? Any commands you’d like me to practice with your doggy? How else can I help?
A typical day
I’m a very active person. I enjoy hiking, running, climbing, kayaking, biking, yoga, aerobics, snowboarding. These are examples of activities that I’m doing on a regular basis (depending of the season). I love to include my pets in my activities (Django - my cat - loves practicing yoga with me:) I live right next to Iron Horse Trail and I spend hours walking there with doggies. If you live in the hills or close to a dog park - that’s perfect too. If your pet likes to hang out at home and just need a buddy to spend time with - that’s awesome too and you can count on me!
