Cheeky doge?

Pet care experience

***NOW ONLY TAKING WALKING REQUESTS*** Depending on your dog’s needs, an appropriate exercise plan will be carried out each day : • Puppies generally need to be outside more since they’re not really good at controlling their needs. Taking them outside 4-5 times a day is the norm. • High energy dogs need 3 walks a day with at least an hour of intensive exercise which I am more than happy to provide. • And for not so energetic dogs (e.g. elderly), a walk twice a day is enough. In each of the criteria above, Your dog will be my priority and I can assure You, s-he will be properly taken care off. With a positive reinforcement method, basic training will be carried out. Commands include : sit, down, up, come and learning how to walk properly. Our walks will be divided into two parts: MENTAL EXERCISE : A beginning of the walk, first half an hour. You'd be surprised how crucial for a dog is to know how to follow (walk side by side, not in the front). So the first part of the walk will be showing him how to follow correctly, to stop and go when s-he's told to do so, in a busy environment with a lot of distractions, so he would learn to ignore it, and would be always ready to follow You. PHYSICAL EXERCISE : The second half an hour. The playtime and socializing. We'll be going to the parks, playing with the ball and other dogs. Canines are social creatures and so it's really important for them to know how to play in a group with familiar and unfamiliar dogs. I had a dog myself for almost a decade. My love was a pitbull, so I can assure you any other large dog breed won't be a problem to me, because I know what it's like to have the most energetic dog of all. Every weekend I take dogs to the National park, where we play in the water, run in the woods and generally spend all day in nature. So if Your buddy will be with me at that time, s-he will go on an adventure! I hope to meet You soon.

Monika is really friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and puppies! She did a great job looking after my little fluff ball while I had to work and would definitely recommend her to anyone 😊

Monika and her partner Tom are really nice people! Very knowledgeable and professional sitters who really strive to ensure your pet's stay with them will be as stress free as possible. From our initial meet and greet with Monika to picking up our Mr Zeus at the end of the booking everything was great. A very welcome telephone call from Monika at the end of the booking detailing Zeus's stay with her and Tom just goes to show how seriously their commitment to animals is. And, because of this I would have no hesitation in recommending Monika (and Tom!) to everyone. Thanks Monika and Tom for everything
