I am committed to providing my clients with full peace of mind. I keep my American Red Cross Dog and Cat First Aid Certification up-to-date and regularly seek ongoing continuing education and professional development opportunities. I pride myself for being committed to taking the best care of both human and animal clients. My primary goal is to make my clients’ days easier by making sure their pets enjoy great days that include exercise and loving companionship. When not taking great care of your pets, I can be found training for triathlons, playing with my rabbit Theo, watching superhero movies, or making art.

Even upon our first meeting, my dog loved Monika (he didn’t want her to leave!). She was intentional about keeping up our training routines on the walk (he’s a big excitable puppy who wants to eat everything and pull on the leash) and sent some cute pics which is always very appreciated! As a high-key dog mom I love knowing that my puppy is in good hands, and I definitely felt that way with Monika!
Monika is absolutely wonderful with my dogs. Very attentive and sweet, and I can tell she genuinely loves animals and caring for them, and they love her back. Never had any issues with her care.
Monika is one of the most caring and generous people I know. She’s easy to talk to and make plans with, and is super compassionate. She also has several pets of her own, and knows how to take care of animals!
Monika has been my best friend for a decade. During that span of time I have watched her tirelessly care for her own animals and others that she encounters. From rescuing an injured bee on the sidewalk, to a neglected bearded dragon, to caring for numerous pets for the entirety of their lives, she is the most careful, kind animal lover I have met. I train horses internationally, so I have met alot of people in animal industries but she is by far the most devoted. I have been lucky to know several of her own pets, including her hedgehog, a plethora of exotic goldfish, two cats, a dog, a few lizards, a frog, and beta fish.

While taking care of pets in your home, I will be very respectful of your living space and preferences. I am committed to making your pet feel comfortable with me in their space. I will also make sure that when walking your pet, they are wearing anything you would like them to be wearing, like coats or booties in the snow, or a harness instead of a collar.

I am a student working part time, so my schedule is very flexible. Wether it be weekends or weekdays, 5am, noon, or 10pm, I can work on fitting your needs into my schedule.
