Stay away, the dog day care was a disaster. A bit of context, my dog is a one year old border collie, she is the most easygoing dog I ever seen, she has habit to be with other, she just need exercise and stimulation. Monika was supposed to keep her for a day, as we needed to travel to friends. After three hours she called us to pick her up.. I was shocked as we were 150 miles away. The dog was “vocal”.. I suspect she cannot have dog in her apartment. I proposed to go for a walk as she is probably bored or need the toilet, an hour later she did not do but continue to complain and called rover to stop the day care and find someone else. I proposed to go to my place, but was “not ideal”. I had to start calling friends to find someone to pick-up the dog. Monika is happy to take your money, but if a dog is slightly more active than a plushy then is panic. She is clearly a person with no clue about dogs. My friend told me that at the pickup she said “this dog need a guardian” which is exactly what we paid her for. For you information the poor dog pissed immediately, she needed the toilet and therefore asking for it, again no clues about dogs.. My friend never met my dog and still had no issue for the whole afternoon and evening, apart from needing to give her attention and exercise.. too much for poor Monika.

Monika's been an absolute star looking after our two pups – always making sure they're as happy as Larry. She's got a real knack for doggy care, and we can always count on her to keep our fur babies safe and sound. Massive thanks to Monika for being our go-to dog whisperer!
