I am home full time until further notice. Located in the Lawrenceville/Dacula area. I live on a 5+ acre ranch & have years of experience dog sitting. The ranch is a very private residence and has plenty of room for walks and playing. We also live 5 minutes away (20 minutes walking) from the Dacula Dog Park. Pups will be walked 3-4 times a day. Dogs are allowed on furniture (couches, chairs, bed, etc.) I ask that you provide a crate for the times I'm not home (5 hours max) for your pup to feel safe. If your dog doesn't like crates,they can have free range of spare room including furniture, chairs, blanket, etc. depending on what you prefer. Your pup is welcome to stay with me as long as they are house trained and friendly :) I only sit 1 dog at a time. I make sure to send text/pictures to each guest on a daily basis. Monica was awesome!! We needed a last minute dog sitter and, being that it was the 4th of July weekend, everything was booked. In came DogVacay and Monica to the rescue. Monica is so nice and chill and personable that my wife and I were instantly put at ease around her and with leaving our dog with her--who, at the time, was less than a year old and still very much a pup. But Monica took him to the park, walked him, and played with him. She even sent us photo updates while we were gone! By the time we picked up our pup, he was worn out and relaxed, just chewing on a toy :) Thanks, Monica!
Monica was the first DogVacay sitter I had the pleasure of having watch my boy, Dexter. She provided the utmost comfort and assurance while I was away for an extended period. She delivered daily updates (twice daily) about Dexter's activities and demeanor for the day- as an anxious parent this was a huge relief to me! At our meet and greet Dexter became quick friends with Monica and immediately I felt great about leaving him in her care. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!
Monica is very nice and gets back to you as soon as she can. She is very easy to talk to.
Monica was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was able to watch our dog for the weekend, even though it was last minute. She sent daily updates with pictures. Very polite, and seems to have lots of knowledge on how to care for animals. Will definitely recommend and use her for future boarding!
