I contacted Monica at the last minute, after a family emergency took place, which resulted in the fast need for a dog-sitter. Even at the last minute, Monica was more than willing to take care of our Golden Retriever, Sammy. She cared for Sammy for 4 days while my wife and I were in Ohio with family. During the duration of this time, she sent lots of photos of our beloved Sammy, which was comforting and peaceful to have. Also, we requested to FaceTime with her, so that Sammy could see us and hear our voices, which she was more than willing to do. After picking Sammy up from Monica, he appeared to be very well cared for and was certainly a very happy puppy. We will definitely be using Monica again in the future for our pet-sitting needs!
