Pet care experience
All my life I've lived with and looked after animals, usually cats and dogs. I grew up in Ecuador, where my mother often takes in ill or injured stray dogs and cats off the street to nurse them back to full health, and then they usually are there to stay where they enjoy the life of a beloved pet. I'm a patient and caring person with a passion for animals. I'm currently a stay-at-home mum with a one-year-old baby and I'm free every weeknight, so I have plenty of time to look after your pups. We want to teach our son to love animals but don't want to commit to having a pet of our own just yet. We have a two-bed apartment with easy access to a field in order for your pup to do its business, I will take your dog outside every two hours for the toilet and will take he/she on walks twice a day.
Reviews
Our pup, Bailey, really had a great time boarding at Monica's lovely home. Bailey have found a new family in Monica's fam. Took extra care of Bailey that she whined and wouldnt wanna leave their home when I picked her up. Monica has been generous in frequently sending updates and amazing snaps and videos! ❤️
Thank you to Monica and her family for looking after our little girl! Bella had a great time :)
A wonderful family, made us feel at home straight away. My Frenchie Reg and Pug Doris enjoyed their stay. They had a walk, watched TV and snuggled with Monica's son. I would definitely feel comfortable leaving my dogs again, thank you very much x
Monica provided an excellent temporary home for my doggies, they were very content with her and she did an excellent job at looking after them.. we had lots of updates and info throughout there stay and they ûhave come back happy and contented. Will definitely see you again and I would recommend Monica and her family - very friendly, kind, responsible and reliable.

Information Monica P. would like to know about your pet
How confident are you with your pet around children? My one-year-old son will be in the house, I will never leave them in the same room unsupervised and I will ensure he doesn't annoy your pet but it's super important that I can trust your pet with small children. How much exercise does your furry friend require - How long and how often? We usually do twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon The eating requirements of your pup - what meals do they need when staying with us and do they have any allergies? How does your dog behave on walks? Do they pull and how social are they on a scale of 1-10 with other dogs. When are they most likely to feel threatened by other dogs? Any information that will be helpful to ensure your pet has a great time when staying with us.
A typical day
Your dog can expect to have a great time when staying with Luca and I. Typically, we will take your dog for a walk once in the morning and once in the afternoon to see the sights of the local parks and socialise with other dogs, depending on how socialise he/she is. I will only let dogs off the lead if I am very confident of their recall. When we're back at the apartment, your dog will have lots of toys to play with and will be able to enjoy playing games and of course, a good rest will be required after a couple of walks.
