Experienced professional and caring
Pet care experience
I started my first dog walking business when I was just 12 years old. My love of pets led me to 4H where I competed at the stage and regional level in obedience, bringing home many trophies with my rescue dog. I went on to train dogs that performed in Shakespeare productions and plays. Working at a local grooming and daycare center, I taught puppy classes and gained lots of experience running a daycare and grooming many different breeds and personalities. I went on to work in the veterinary industry for the next five years. I recently completed my certification for canine massage and neuromyalfascia release, and offer a wide array of services and expertise in the industry. I’m a pet lover at heart and always pamper those in my care.
Reviews
Monica did a great job. We are so happy we found her to take care of our dog, Dudley, when we are away.
Monica was amazing and did a great job. She is super professional and very knowledgeable. Made me feel super comfortable after just meeting her.
Our first time with Monica taking care of our dog. She was great. Sent daily updates on how Bear was doing and very flexible on pickup time. We plan on using Monica again in the future.
Monica was so easy to work with and sent pictures and updates over the stay. Very happy with our experience!

Safety, trust & environment
In my home, dogs are in crates overnight, during feeding, and if I’m away. Most of the time they are following me around the house, snuggling on the couch, or going on our frequent walks. I believe in safety, and crates allow me to ensure everyone is safe when unsupervised. We have two young dogs in the home who love to have playtime with friends if appropriate, and I also can keep everyone separated as needed. We do have stairs in our home, but I have the ability to gate off the stairs for dogs with mobility challenges.
