I had never had problems with Monica as a dog walker but I booked her as an overnight in my house sitter and her mom was covering as I knew prior and was ok with that. She had come with Monica and my dog knew her. She did walk him all week with no issues but the overnight sitting in my house was a disaster. She came at 6:30 pm booking was to start at 6:00 pm then left at 7:49 pm or so and did not return until 1:00 am. But that time I had realized she left and was not sure if she was coming back so I came home. Her price is one of the highest but to me worth it if I know my fur baby is not alone at night but $85 is a lot for borderline drop in service. That is not what I paid for.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again! Monica gives me such peace when I know that she is with my Nyla!
Monica was excellent! She communicates back quickly, and responded to my change in dates quickly also. She showed up exactly when she said she would, and stayed for the full duration. I got pictures of each of my babies while we were away for Thanksgiving. Thank you Monica! I'll be booking again for our next trip. Much easier than boarding!
Monica did a great job taking care of our girl Maddie. This was our first time leaving her after her sister passed away. I was nervous but Monica took great care of her. I love that she also has cats, you can tell. Very well pleased.
