I had the pleasure of working with Monica this last summer (2019). Her rescue pup Indy was our shop dog for the summer indy sweetly greeted guests and was tender with kids. Indys excellent behavior and exceptional manners were evident from the start. It was clear that indys great behavior and sweetness came natural from having a happy home life with Monica, and from Monica showing lots of love and positive reinforcement for good behavior. Monica was superb with all of the dogs we encountered. Her clear communication with dogs appeared to be well understood and respected buy all the pups I saw her interact with. I would definitely feel good about having Monica take care of any of my pets or kids.

Empathy. Honesty. Humor. Intelligence. I'm biased. I've seen Monica first hand in life. I think she is an amazing human being. Customer service isn't a position, it's a lifestyle. She is smart and fair in all business dealings. No matter who the customers are! She cares. About her family and friends. About her clients and employees. And then the dogs...wow. The dogs. I have watched Monica love and care for hers, mine, and others' canine family members for years. She gets them. She is patient and kind. I'm raving about her, I know, but I can't help it. She's wonderful. Hire her. She's great. And she is great with dogs!
