Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 16 and I rescued my first pup. I joined the military at 18 and soon adopted a cat. He was with me for 12 years. I have had Olaf since 2014 and my cat was his first best friend. I pet sit for friends all the time and Olaf loves everyone. I decided to become a sitter because I know how hard it is to find reliable care at a reasonable price.

Monica was awesome with our puppy Winston and he adored her! She took him on walks and gave him lots of cuddles, and he had the best time. Her communication was great, she was very easygoing and she shared lots of updates and pictures. I would 100% recommend her and will definitely book again - Winston can’t wait for us to leave town!
Monica went above-and-beyond with our young husky. In addition to letting him play with her own dog, she took Kovi to a dog park to play with others, and even took him on a run to keep burning out available energy! Kovi was welcomed into Monica and Olaf’s home and I cannot recommend - or say thanks to - them both enough.
Monica was awesome with our Bulldogs over the 4 days we were gone. You can tell she is a dog lover. She followed all the instructions left and was very communicative with us! Would be happy to use Monica again!
Monica is very sweet , attentive and caring . She provided photos, videos and messaged updates. Monica treated my dog, L❤️LA as her own fur baby family.

I only accept one customer at a time so I can focus on caring for your pet. I have a first floor apartment with a fenced dog park just outside my door. It’s a very pet friendly building and residents are very respectful. It’s the perfect setup for taking dogs out. I will respect your wishes for how you’d like your pet to be cared for and abide by your instructions.

I’d definitely want to know about medications or behaviors of the pet that are to be expected. If there are any boundaries you’d like me to continue to enforce like no sitting on furniture, I’d be happy to respect those for you.
A typical day
A typical day with me would be like any other day with your best friend. Morning walks and then coffee for me. There is a dog park behind my building where we can play fetch but we can sit on the bench in the sun too. If it’s not too hot, I will take active breeds running outside. I’ve gotten good at training using positive reinforcement.

Availability
I’m active duty military and work Monday through Friday. I have early mornings, evenings and weekends free. Olaf was raised in a kennel but now has free reign.
