Monica is a great cat sitter, and we are so happy and more than grateful that we found her as the drop-in sitter for our cat Tyra. Monica is easy to communicate and work with. She always replies to messages in a very timely manner. As we live in a condo and there are some restrictions from the building, Monica is very patient with the "protocols" we designed in terms of handling keys and parking. And she helped us adjust one visit in our 6-visit booking without issues. She usually spends more than 30 minutes on each visit, and sends tons of photos. It is a great relief that we see lively photos and videos of Tyra when we are away. We were overly stressed about Tyra before we left, but we started to believe in Monica after the first visit. We definitely recommend Monica and would like to work with Monica again in the future.
I am so happy that we found Monica. My cats easily took to her, and even my shy feline was so happy to see her that she would roll on her back exposing her belly. Monica took great care of all my 3 cats. She would send me great photos and would spend time brushing and playing with them. I will definitely continue to use her services whenever we travel out of town. She is a natural cat lover. Thank you, Monica!
