I absolutely adore all animals, especially dogs and cats. I have had my own share of pets in my lifetime and have always felt deeply honored to be entrusted to watch over many other pets within my community over the years. I strive to treat your animals with the same love, respect, and regard for their well-being that I would pay to my own babies. I have had over 10 years of experience watching over other's animals. I have traveled as close as next door and as far as Los Angeles and Washington D.C. to care for the animals I have built a loving and trusting relationship with. I have done a single walk or litter scooping with some pets, and house sat others while their mommy gave birth and helped facilitate the introduction to their new human sibling. I have worked with a range of personalities from pets that don't even want to be looked at to velcro pets who demand full-time attention and love. I have worked with puppies and kittens in the first months of their lives, as well as cared for elders in the last few days of their lives. I understand that your pets are as much a part of your family as anyone and I aim to build the trust required to set them at ease while you are away. I do this by adhering to your schedule and what you will teach me about their personalities, so they enjoy the comforts of their routines. I want to know your pets silly nickname and how they earned it, their favorite toys, favorite walking paths, preferred level of affection and attention, and anything else that will help me provide them with a stress-free environment and ensure their safety, comfort, and happiness.
