Pet care experience
I’m currently in school studying pre-veterinary medicine and will be applying to vet schools next fall. I’ve worked various jobs caring for animals, most recently as a Veterinary Assistant and Kennel Attendant at Angels of Assisi and as a farm hand on a local rescue farm. Currently, I work as a Vet Assistant at Pet Vet Roanoke. I am incredibly passionate about my relationship with animals and continuing to build my experience.

Monet is professional, kind, took great care of my dog and is overall fantastic.
Monet dog sits for us at least once a year for a minimum of one week. She stays in our house to watch out dog who suffers from severe anxiety. She keeps the house neat and out dog happy. We even get a daily photo!

A typical day
I like to make sure I’m keeping the dogs stimulated mentally and physically to ensure they’ve been properly entertained and exhausted by the end of the day. This area has plenty of hiking trails, lakes and parks for us to choose from!

I am currently in school with a part-time job but my schedule is quite flexible. I have the time to stop by for check-ins throughout my work or school day and my evenings are free for extra attention or overnight stay.
